Created by Amanda Harding, this balanced energizing sequence is a beautiful introduction to Prema philosophy all wrapped into one comprehensive class - precise flow of movement and breath, expansive use of space within transitions, clarity of alignment, correct usage of props, mantra, meditation, rest.  Through repetition of a set sequence,  watch as the body, mind and breath unite as postures and the movement between become more steady and clear.
