“the prema teacher training program is something truly special. they prepare their students to teach the intelligent, vigorous, creative, heart filled classes that are the hallmark of the prema studio. the training gifted me with deep relationships with my teachers and fellow trainees and i completed the program a better version of myself than when i began.”

"I signed up for teacher training not looking to teach, in fact, but because I was ready to delve into my practice. In those 4 months I was nothing short of beautifully blown open — left with a community that I cherish, a practice that is even more beloved, teachers I esteem that guide my thinking, and friendships that will walk with me through life. Teacher training was so much more beyond the practice; it gave me a home within myself. "
