As we bring awareness to the areas that have been hidden, our bodies innate healing abilities kick in; we release what has been holding us back, and we step closer into our full potential.
Through utilizing this specific technique, held in a safe and nourishing environment, we move through the layers of the self to awaken to this inner stability; the nature of who we really are. We are then no longer held back in our lives by unprocessed impressions, and are able to refine and redefine ourselves from a more authentic place.
