Sophie Kos

Sophie started practicing yoga in her early teens to help manage major anxiety and stress that she was experiencing from school.  Yoga quickly became a huge part of her life and healing process. She completed her 200 hour from Ishta Yoga in 2016, and her 300 hour from Ishta Yoga in 2017. She is now a full time fitness and yoga teacher in NYC. She currently teaches here at Prema, at Loom Yoga, SkyTing Yoga, and at a studio called The Class By Taryn Toomey in Tribeca. She is extremely passionate about movement and music and wants to share that with her students. In her classes she wants to create a safe space for her students to move and challenge their bodies in different ways.  Expect to sweat, hear some great music, and get into and connected to your body.
