Prema 200 hr RYT Immersion 2020

with prema faculty & SPECIAL guests

+ 10 additional optional mentorship hours* (with a senior Prema teacher) immersed in the art of teaching

As time becomes limited to delve into the teachings of yoga, we have redesigned this program to be more an immersion into the practice geared towards the serious student/possible teacher. Upon completion of all requirements, you may register with the Yoga Alliance.

Whether you’re interested in becoming a teacher of yoga (or don’t know yet) or wanting to simply learn more, the Prema Yoga Brooklyn Immersion will support you on your unique path by focusing on a well rounded comprehensive view into the practice. With its emphasis on integrating our yoga practice into our daily lives, this innovative program will help you connect to a greater sense of Self and relationship by accessing your meaning of yoga in a comprehensive and full way—through knowledge, contemplation, service, integration and community. In order to come into authenticity, we give all these experiences equal importance and will encourage you to dedicate hard work, practice and presence to your journey.

* The Mentorship program is a separate cost and can be discussed/scheduled post completion of the 200 hours

The Prema teacher training program is something truly special. They prepare their students to teach the intelligent, vigorous, creative, heart filled classes that are the hallmark of the Prema studio. The training gifted me with deep relationships with my teachers and fellow trainees and I completed the program a better version of myself than when I began.
— Carly Ferguson, TT graduate
I signed up for teacher training not looking to teach, in fact, but because I was ready to delve into my practice. In those 4 months I was nothing short of beautifully blown open—left with a community that I cherish, a practice that is even more beloved, teachers I esteem that guide my thinking, and friendships that will walk with me through life. Teacher training was so much more beyond the practice; it gave me a home within myself.
— Francesca Cerchione, TT graduate
When I signed up for Prema’s Teacher Training I really just hoped to deepen my practice and my understanding of the poses. But what I walked away with was so much more—a real insight into myself, a deeper connection to my community, incredible support and encouragement from my teachers, a stronger self-practice, and the confidence to start teaching. I am beyond grateful to Amanda & Bobbie for curating this very well-rounded program—a perfect combination of asana, anatomy, and philosophy.
