• We are currently coming to you from one platform, Union Fit. Here you will find in real time Livestreams & Video Calls (Zooms) as well as classes in our Replay library for practice at any time.

  VIDEO CALL - this means Zoom.

  For these practices, if you can't make it in real time and want the recording, you must email us at info@premayogabrooklyn.com and request the recording good for 72 hours. Please be sure Zoom is downloaded and updated.

  LIVESTREAM - this is live streaming through Union and is like Zoom but just not 2 way.

  While the teacher is teaching live, the student's video is not seen. Chatting and in real time connection is there but just not on the student side. These recordings can be viewed for 24 hours after the Live practice if you don’t join in real time. Here’s how.

  REPLAY - these are On Demand practices that are either recordings of Live classes or straight up recordings added to a virtual ever growing library. If purchased separately, the recording is good for 48 hours.
