The sound of the drum can bring us deep within our hearts and in union with the Earth. The sacred medicine of the drum does this by awakening us into our true, most authentic selves and leading us to our inner rhythms and our heart’s deepest desires. To honor the ways of our ancestors and ancient wisdom, we will gather to experience the Sacred Drum in community. 

Please join Linda Lopes for a 75-minute Sacred Sunday event to experience the medicine of the Sacred Drum and invite it to guide you into a deep meditative journey. Linda will guide a gentle and grounded movement practice to prepare the body for a restorative rest to receive the sound, energetic healing, and alignment.

What to wear and bring: Please wear comfortable clothes to move in, bring a journal, and bring a mat or rent one at the studio.

About Linda:

Linda Lopes (she/her) currently resides in Brooklyn, New York, where she offers Ra Illuminare Multidimensional Healing, Yoga Classes, and Sacred Drumming. She is a Medicine Woman remembering and reclaiming the wisdom of her ancestors.
 

Linda strives to create an accessible practice that offers variations and options for participants to move with a sense of agency that focuses on and honors each person’s needs. Linda uses inclusive language and teaches with a trauma-informed understanding.

Linda discovered her spiritual practice over a decade ago through a mentor, who she refers to as the catalyst for change in her life.  She continues to study and train under her Mentor and Medicine Woman, Eia Buenconsejo.
